Our great luck with wedding vendors continued with Allen and his team at Carousel Catering. They were recommended to us by someone, and were very easy people to deal with.
They actually accommodated not just one, but two separate tastings for us beforehand which was incredible service. The first for our parents when we couldn’t be in town ourselves, and then another for myself. I can see why they do it though – after meeting them and tasting their food it would be tough not to hire them.
They were extremely patient and accommodating as we fine tuned the menu, and very helpful in helping make some of the smaller, but important decisions necessary to put on a first class event.
At the wedding reception and dinner itself, their whole team provided impeccable service and the food was to die for. Many guests commented that it was the nicest wedding spread they’ve seen.
We definitely plan to hire Carousel again when hosting events in the Palm Springs area!
My company threw a two-day meeting at a vacation rental home in Palm Springs this past weekend and I am the designated meeting planner. I could not believe how difficult it was to find a caterer in the area. No one would even call me back!
Finally, someone recommended Robert at Carousel. Lo and behold, he actually returned my email – and on the next business day even! He had pricing to me in a timely manner and was willing and able to work with me on budget and menus.
We did a tasting in January and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do if I didn’t like their food. Luckily, it turned out that I had absolutely nothing to worry about because the food was SO good!! My favorites were the Gaucho cookies and these amazing little Beef Panini sandwiches. For breakfast both days they did these mini-frittatas that I absolutely loved as well.
All of their staff is friendly and they all seem to really care about what they are doing and the client. The Chef, Dave, is amazingly sweet to work with and again, you can tell he really cares about doing a great job. They went so far above and beyond my expectations and took care of many details that I hadn’t even asked them to, which made my job so much easier.
I have planned five of these annual meetings and Carousel is probably the best caterer I’ve worked with yet. I highly recommend them and their food.

I want to thank you and your fabulous team for a job well done! You were punctual, prepared, courteous and talented……and you eliminated all of my stress the minute your team arrived. And…..I am pleased to say that, without exception, everybody at the [St. Patrick’s Day] party enjoyed the food and the service.
